Dolamu Badejo is also a philanthropist and writer; with passion for humanitarian and charitable causes, having worked with charitable homes in Nigeria, embarked on voluntary assignments in the past to raise funds in aid of the British Red Cross Society in the United Kingdom and worked on personal causes' related projects.

In 2016, she released a documentary film “More Than A Woman” and founded a social enterprise "Stronger Vessels Network", a platform that focuses on Liberating, Empowering, and Transforming women who are experiencing difficult life transitions.

Her firm also launched a public learning and personal development community - Masterminds Connect Global, attracting some of the most creative professionals and entrepreneurs in Nigeria including international attendance from IBM New York, and guest participation from Forbes Africa and African Capital Alliance.

In 2018, she received the honorary award for "Exceptional Woman of Excellence" at the Women Economic Forum, a platform and event that hosted Forbes Listed most powerful women of UAE, Nobel Peace Laureate 2015, Ministers, with over 2000 industry women leaders and giants across the globe, in New Delhi, India.

In South of Asia, there she held workshops on The Journey to Self; and The Power of Personal Example and Self Belief to a diverse group with over 40 countries represented. She also delivered a speech on Engineering Change with Media: Social, Digital and Print.

In Q2 2019, she was honoured by the United Arab Emirates & Africa Networking Group in Dubai as One of Twelve Inspiring Entrepreneurial Women.

Dolamu Badejo is an associate alumna of the Metropolitan School of Business & Management United Kingdom; alumna of London Image Institute, United Kingdom; Lancaster University, United Kingdom; and Covenant University Nigeria. She also recently completed a short program in Luxury Brand Management and Product Design at the University of the Arts, London.
